I started Keeton Consulting Solutions because the pace of change in operations and technology isn't slowing down, and most small to mid-size businesses don't have the infrastructure to keep up. I wanted to move at the speed of AI advancement, understand how emerging solutions are reshaping the way teams work, and help growing organizations navigate that shift with clarity and confidence.
Before launching Keeton Consulting, I spent over a decade in operations, technology, and revenue systems leadership across SaaS, healthcare, and media. I've led the teams responsible for building and scaling the systems that organizations run on, from CRM and marketing automation to AI governance and cross-functional process design. I know what it looks like when infrastructure breaks under growth, because I've been the person responsible for fixing it.
Today, I work with founders, department heads, and executive teams at small to mid-market companies who know their operations need to evolve but aren't sure where to start. I bring the strategic lens of a senior leader and the hands-on execution of someone who's done the work, not just advised on it.
